development plans for Odisha:
On March 5, 2024, Prime
Minister Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of various
construction projects worth over Rs 19,600 billion at Chandikhole in Jajpur
district of Odisha. These measures include many things such as oil and gas,
railways, roads, transportation and highways, atomic energy.
At the event,
Prime Minister Modi emphasized the importance of these important developments
to revive the economy and support regional development. New business.
Big work has begun:
Introduction of 344 km long
transmission line from Paradip, Odisha to Haldia, West Bengal.
Indian Oil Corporation has
started construction of the monoethylene glycol project at Paradip Refinery.
Paradip 0.6 MMTPA LPG import
terminal construction is expected to transform the polyester industry in
eastern India and supply textile parks in Bhadrak and Paradip.
Other important projects:
Widening of various sections of
the national highway into four lanes: Sinhara to Binjabaha (NH-49), Binjabaha
to Thileibani (NH-49), Balasore-Jabokalia (NH) -18) ) and Tangi-Bhubaneswar
(NH-16) Jakhapura railway line commissioned to improve capacity and efficient
transportation of iron ore and manganese ore
Open CONCOR Container Depot in
Kalinga Nagar to facilitate domestic and international trade
Start of maintenance period for

improvement and expansion of maintenance facilities at Baghuapal
