IBPS RRB 2019 Exam is going to be conducted by IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel) for selection of eligible candidates to the post of Assistant in various branches of Rural Banks located all over the country.

The Online Registration Process for IBPS RRB 2019 will commence from 18th June 2019. The IBPS RRB Assistant Exam Selection Procedure will occur basically in two stages: Preliminary exam and Mains Exam. Depending on the results of both phases, students who are qualified in two stages are allotted a seat in Regional Rural Bank. Note: Candidates who are applying for the post of Office assistant are not required to appear for the interview process.

IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2019 Eligibility:

Before applying to the exam, Eligibility is the criteria that the applicants must ensure that they fulfil the following requirements to further proceed to the next level. The various criteria are as stated below:

Age Criteria

  • For Officer Scale- III : Candidates should be above 21 years and below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than June 3, 1979 and later than May 31, 1998.
  • For Officer Scale- II : Candidates should be above 21 years and below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than June 3, 1987 and later than May 31, 1998.
  • For Officer Scale- I : Candidates should be above 18 years and below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than June 3, 1989 and later than May 31, 2001.
  • For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Candidates should be above 18 years and below 30 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than June 2, 1991 and later than June 1, 2001.

Age Relaxation:

Candidates who are applying for IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2029 Examination should possess one of the following citizenship/ Nationality:

  • Citizen of India
  • The occupant of Nepal or Bhutan
  • The immigrant from Tibet to India, who came to stay in India permanently,.
  • Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam or East African countries of Zaire, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, with the intention of staying in India permanently. Also, the Candidates who belong to the above category 2, 3, 4 must have a certificate of eligibility, which was issued by the Govt of India in their favour.

IBPS has released the IBPS RRB Office Assisatnt admit card 2019 on the official website on July 15, 2019. Different Admit Cards with the exam center preferred by the candidate are issued for both Preliminary and Mains Examination for both Assistant and Office Assistant.
